We take a creative and proactive approach to finding great people who share our core values.
As an Initial Teacher Training provider we work in close partnership with Ambition Institute to provide high quality, evidence based training which gets teachers off to a great start. We build on this by providing all of Early Career Teachers with a first class induction package which includes early start and an ECT conference in the summer term before they start.
To avoid missed opportunities, we encourage colleagues interested in joining our team to sign up to our Talent Pool.
Schools across our trust provide opportunities for members of the community to experience working in a school as volunteers and through college and university placements e.g. as nursery nurses and social workers. A number of our current staff have joined us through these routes.
Schools make use of apprenticeships to recruit great staff from the local community to both class based and non class based roles.
All new staff receive a comprehensive induction that embeds them in the Trust's culture, collaborative practices, and pedagogical approaches.
